There is an open casting call scheduled for the feature film “Triple Frontier”, which will be shooting in Hawaii beginning in May, 2017. The open casting call is also for additional films that will be shooting in Hawaii. This is for both extras and speaking roles. “Jurassic World 2” and “Aquaman” are two films that are also going to be filming in Hawaii.
“Triple Frontier” stars Academy Award nominee Tom Hardy, and Channing Tatum. The film is a high-stakes ensemble, set in the notorious border zone between Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil where the Igazu and Parana rivers converge, making “la triple frontera” difficult to monitor and a haven for organized crime. Academy Award nominee J.C. Chandor is directing from an original screenplay written by two-time Academy Award winner Mark Boal. Boal is also executive producing along with two-time Academy Award winner Kathryn Bigelow, Independent Spirit Award winner Neal Dodson, Independent Spirit Award nominee Anna Gerb, and Stephen Jones.
