Liam Hemsworth’s last film before shooting commences on “Catching Fire” is now casting for lead roles. The film is titled “Paranoia” and also stars Academy Award nominated actors Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman. It is being described as a corporate espionage thriller that follows a war between rival telecom companies. Auditions are taking place in Los Angeles and New York. The extras, stand-ins, and photo doubles will be hired in the filming locations of Philadelphia and New York.

Australian filmmaker Robert Luketic will direct “Paranoia” from an adapted screenplay written by Barry Levy, with rewrites by Jason Hall. The story is based on the New York Times bestseller novel by Joseph Finder. Luketic studied at the Victorian College of Arts School of Film and Television, one of Australia’s most prestigious film schools. Luketic’s feature film directing debut was the comedy “Legally Blonde” which grossed close to $100 million domestically and was nominated for two Golden Globe Awards. He also directed “Monster-in-Law” starring Jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda, “The Ugly Truth” and “Killers” both starring Katherine Heigl.

Stuart Ford’s IM Global is fully financing “Paranoia”. Christophe Riandee of the French film production company Gaumont will executive produce. Gaumont is the oldest continuously operating film company in the world and is recognized as one of the largest producers and distributors of films in France. Scott Lambert of Management 360 will produce along with Alexandra Milchan.

Among the roles being cast for “Paranoia is a beautiful brunette in her mid-20’s named Emma, who is Liam Hemsworth’s love interest in the film; a male in his 30’s – 50’s who is current Head of Security for the Wyatt Corporation and is an elite-trained, former military soldier; and Liam Hemsworth’s father, in his 60’s and a wily old man with blue-collar charm and failing health.
